What it does
A cassette four-track emulation built around two gain stages. Drive feeds a two-operator amp stage that stays clean below noon and turns filthy above it, Color morphs the clipping curve from dark to edgy, and a combined wow and flutter knob adds pitch movement. Hiss runs independently of an age slider, a tilt EQ shifts between bass bump and crisp highs, and head condition switches between new, used and worn to set how dropouts cluster. A tape speed setting and a stereo widener finish it.
In the demo
Jade runs it on felt piano, a 12 string, electric guitar and a screamed vocal, putting a limiter after it because the drive gets loud. She then modulates tone and color from an external LFO app.
Worth knowing
There are no built-in presets, so settings save through the host. It gets broken and noisy quickly, so anyone wanting gentle tape glue will be working in the bottom quarter of the dials.
