What it does

Three modes share one panel, sitting after an optional overdrive or fuzz and before a tape wear stage. TREM pulses volume from sine through triangle and pluck to a square gate, free running or synced. REPEAT turns a note into up to 64 pitched copies across five pitch stations, with decay and feedback. LOOPS holds up to six fragments of recent audio, spread over pitch, direction, read position and the stereo field. A chaos dial adds movement specific to each mode.

In the demo

Jade works in AUM on a piano, a synth and then a single snare, building each mode from a cleared preset and raising the wear dial in stages so wow, hiss, crush and dropouts arrive one at a time. She also reseeds the loop voices to show how far a pattern moves.

Worth knowing

Only one mode runs per instance, so combining them means loading more. The free download covers tremolo, overdrive and ten presets, with repeats and loops cut off after about fifteen seconds until the unlock. A Mac and Windows build is sold separately.
