Suggester 2

What it does

A songwriting tool that builds chord progressions inside a chosen scale. Pick a key and mode and it lists triads, sevenths, suspended chords, secondary dominants, borrowed chords, parallel modes and stock cadences to drop into a timeline. Each chord carries its own duration, voicing, arpeggiation and alterations, section markers with repeat counts turn the list into an arrangement, and a modifier palette applies octave and inversion changes to everything added after it. It runs standalone, as an AUv3 instrument and as a MIDI processor.

In the demo

Jade builds a short F natural minor progression, changes the global note duration, then adds intro and verse markers. She exports it as MIDI, audio and text, drags MIDI into Helium, and in Logic records the part before playing each chord into Logic’s own chord track.

Worth knowing

The download is free and most of it stays locked. Unlock keys are split by platform, so an iOS key does not cover the Mac version.
