What it does

Two delays in one plugin, a three tap delay and a feedback delay, running into three filters. Each delay takes a mode, among tremolo, ping pong, chopper, panner or none, and each tap has its own level. The filters carry drive, frequency and an LFO with a choice of shapes. The last panel is the output, holding filter feedback, tap levels and a dry level. Every panel has its own randomise button, and the main screen prints a readout of what each one is set to, so the state is visible before anything is opened. Delay time can follow the host tempo or run free.

In the demo

Jade plays acoustic guitar through the presets in AUM first, then piano, a drum computer and vocals, and leans on the randomise buttons rather than editing by hand. She also opens it on her iPhone to show it is not iPad only.

Worth knowing

Filter feedback can climb into very loud territory, which Jade flags before touching it. The app is built for rhythmic, heavily coloured delay, so a clean slapback or a quiet tempo-locked echo for a mix is not what it is for.
