What it does

A shimmer reverb built on an eight-line feedback delay network with early reflections, diffusion and granular pitch-shifting lines. Size, density, damping, RT60 decay, a multimode filter that sits pre or post tank, and a freeze amount are all modulation targets for two tempo-syncable LFOs, a random source and an envelope follower, either per control or from a matrix view. Shimmer offers an octave, a fifth, two octaves or an octave plus a fifth.

In the demo

Jade opens a fresh instance in AUM on a slow piano piece and steps through each control, then puts density and size under separate LFOs so the space moves on its own. She uses freeze under an LFO as a drone and runs the presets on drums and vocals.

Worth knowing

It is built for evolving ambient and atmospheric spaces. Anyone after a plain room or plate for a mix will use a fraction of what is here.
