What it does
An AUv3 that makes a slowed copy of whatever runs through it. A single on and off button drives it, with loop sizes from a half up to thirty two, slow-down amounts of 1.5, half and four times, and a glide switch that slides the tempo down as it engages. A play mode button runs the slowed layer forward, ping-pong, reverse or in a time slip that drops beats out of the pattern. A mix control balances it against the dry signal, and tabs add EQ, overdrive, panning, phaser, delay, reverb and pitch shifting to the slowed layer.
In the demo
Jade feeds it from Strummer FX in AUM, a GarageBand finger-picked guitar, an analog 909 app and Pure Acid, using a half mix so the slowed layer sits under the original like a pad. She also reopens a saved AUM session and adds it to a piano channel.
Worth knowing
It syncs to the host tempo, and Jade notes it can be automated on and off in Cubasis. She also mentions it began as a module inside a larger effects app from the same developer.
