What it does
An extreme time stretch and pitch processor. It loads or captures audio, then rebuilds it with an FFT based stretch whose amount and window size run from choppy fragments to drones lasting hours. A ratio mixer adds harmonics, and there is a tone versus noise balance, frequency shift, pitch shift, filter, compressor and binaural spread. Renders go out as wav, flac or ogg.
In the demo
Jade sends a generated piano part into it through an AUM mix bus, captures ten seconds, then raises the stretch amount and FFT size until the piano becomes a pad. She brings ratios, tone versus noise and frequency shift in one at a time, transposes so she can play over it in key, and drives the FFT size from an LFO by MIDI CC.
Worth knowing
It is built for radical transformation, not for correcting timing or tuning. The processing is heavy enough that the pre-buffer setting matters on older devices.
