What it does

A free AUv3 audio effect with three controls. Time slows playback tape-style, dropping pitch with it. Memory adds age and wear, moving from a chorus-like shimmer into lo-fi breakup. Place wraps the result in reverb. The effect holds audio in a buffer, so sound carries on after the transport stops and drains out as the dials come down.

In the demo

Jade puts it across a full AUM mix, then on a sample, a hip-hop project, a brass piece and a Dark Park pad, slowing the brass from F sharp down to D while it plays. She also sings through a live mic to show the latency the memory buffer introduces.

Worth knowing

The developer’s own note says it suits recorded, printed or looped audio rather than synths played live from MIDI, and the demo shows why: live input drifts out of time. Removing and reloading the plugin clears the buffer.
