What it does

A bass processor split into three frequency bands with movable crossover points. The treble band carries the preamp section and its three models, based on a Fender Super Bassman, an Aguilar Tone Hammer and an Ampeg SVT, each with clean and hot modes, drive, a parallel clean mix and four-band EQ. The mid band has a maximizer and a harmonics control, the low band a compressor and a growl control. An octaver, four cab IRs with a loader for your own, MIDI mapping, a tuner and a limiter surround it.

In the demo

Jade solos a bass inside a full metal mix in AUM, dials each band on its own with the solo buttons, then bypasses the preamp to show how the chain rewires. She hits two bugs: presets not dropping down, and controls unreachable in Logic Pro.

Worth knowing

Its layout assumes you want to treat bass as three separate signals, which is more setup than a single amp-and-cab plugin. A desktop version is sold separately by Aurora DSP.
