What it does
An algorithmic reverb built on the CloudSeed engine, modelled on 1980s studio units. Signal runs through a multi-tap delay block, a diffusion stage of all-pass filters and a late reflections block, each with its own modulation, plus EQ and a limiter. Seed values select from 999 algorithms per stage.
In the demo
Jade zeroes everything with a flat preset and builds the reverb up stage by stage on a piano loop in AUM, so each control is heard on its own. She then swaps it into her live acoustic guitar chain in place of two reverbs, runs the factory presets, and tries it on drums and vocals.
Worth knowing
It leans toward big, modulated, evolving spaces and rewards building patches from scratch. Anyone wanting a one-knob reverb for a mix bus will find more here than they need.
