What it does
A model of a 1972 Fender Twin Reverb. Two channels, Normal and Vibrato, each carry a brightness switch, volume and a bass, middle and treble stack, with the built-in spring reverb and the vibrato circuit on the Vibrato side. A rack section holds cabinet impulse responses, five microphones with distance, position and off-axis placement, a noise gate and three filters.
In the demo
Jade plays a clean guitar part in AUM, resets to default and moves through each control in turn, switching channels and pulling the reverb in and out. She swaps cabinets and microphones on a lead line, then runs the preset list back in Logic.
Worth knowing
It is a clean combo amp, so there is no built-in gain stage for high-gain playing and pedals have to come from elsewhere. Unlike the Mac and PC version sold at Nembrini’s site, the iOS build uses its own impulse responses rather than loading your own.
