Bull Deluxe Amplifier

What it does

A high gain guitar amp built for metal, with a clean side and a drive side, a bright switch, a noise gate, gain and fizz controls, low, mid and high EQ, reverb with mix and length, presence and a tuner. Cabinets come from a list, 10 factory presets load from a strip laid out like a footswitch row, and 30 user slots sit behind them. It runs standalone or as an AUv3.

In the demo

Jade plays a seven string through it and works along the factory presets in order, each named for the band tone it chases, then rides the noise gate up from its lowest setting to hear it tighten. She builds a kick heavy drum pattern underneath, jams on the high gain presets, and later saves an edit of her own.

Worth knowing

Free to download, with an in app purchase to unlock it. Until that is bought a burst of white noise lands every 20 seconds, so the download is an audition. Jade skips the clean side entirely, and the tuner struggles with the lowest string on a seven string guitar.
