What it does
An AUv3 port of Eventide’s Blackhole algorithm, built for very long, very large reverb tails rather than realistic rooms. Controls cover gravity, size, EQ, modulation depth and rate, feedback and resonance, plus a freeze button that holds a tail indefinitely. The bottom slider is a macro: the hot switch assigns any set of knobs to it so one drag morphs the patch, and the reverb can tempo sync to the host.
In the demo
Jade runs the default patch on live acoustic guitar, vocals and a recorded piano loop in AUM before touching anything, then works the freeze, the factory bank and the artist presets. She spends the last stretch mapping knobs to the hot switch slider and sweeping it while playing.
Worth knowing
Gravity and size push toward huge ambient spaces, so it fits pads, guitar and vocal texture more than a tight drum room.
