What it does
An AUv3 vocal processor built around one harmony voice, set up to twelve semitones either way. Alongside it sit pitch correction with a smoothing control, a doubler, a reverb, and a separate pitch block with a gravity amount. Vibrato is on tap, and a key and scale set, with the scale’s notes switched on and off one at a time.
In the demo
Jade sings a made-up lyric into GarageBand over an old FMC backing, then adds the plugin to the recorded take rather than tracking through it. She sets the harmony a third up for an Alice in Chains stack, tries a seventh, then drives the pitch and gravity controls down into growl territory, then merges the two tracks.
Worth knowing
Auto tune adds latency, so Jade records dry and puts the effect on afterwards. One harmony voice only, where 4Pockets’ Harmonizer stacks several, and the manual sits on a page you swipe to.
