What it does

A library for AudioModern’s SoundBox sampler holding 50 presets built from custom sound sources. The material is cinematic, dark ambient and lo-fi, covering arps, pads, keys and textures, with a spacey leaning that separates it from Triple Spiral’s Beautifully Broken. Presets are marked motion, where one held key carries the movement, or key split, where the keyboard is divided into two sets of sounds, and the mod wheel drives a filter on nearly all of them.

In the demo

Jade imports the pack through User Sounds and plays every preset from a keyboard in AUM with no effects added. She stops to reverse a sample inside a preset, opens a key split to show where the divide falls, and drags one sample across the full keyboard.

Worth knowing

This is one of two Triple Spiral packs in the episode, sold separately from Beautifully Broken. SoundBox is free on iPad and desktop, but importing and editing packs unlocks only after buying one AudioModern pack inside the app.
