What it does
Three sound packs for AudioModern’s SoundBox sampler, sold together as the Crystals Trilogy: Blue Crystal, Pink Crystal and Green Crystal. Each holds five sound sources and ten presets, five individual sounds and five Combis that layer them, so 15 sources and 30 presets across the set. All of it is ambient, aimed at meditation, relaxation and cinematic atmospheres.
In the demo
Jade opens with four instances layered in AUM, then imports the packs into SoundBox on iPad and plays every source and Combi in all three from a keyboard. She runs them off an external SSD and shows the vector-driven volumes and modulation routing on the Combis.
Worth knowing
SoundBox is free on iPad and desktop and plays these packs as they are, from version 1.3 up; buying one of AudioModern’s in-app packs unlocks pack building. The three packs are also sold separately at $2.99 each, and everything here is pads, drones and textures.
