What it does
An effect rack of eighteen modules loaded into seven slots, with filters, delay, reverb, chorus, flanger, phaser, pitch shifter, bit crusher, distortion, noise, an oscillator, ducking and utility gain. Any parameter can be tied to the single Transit dial, so one move sweeps the whole chain. A transition control runs that sweep over a set number of bars starting on the next downbeat, and a pendulum and loop setting turns it into a self running LFO.
In the demo
Jade opens it across four noise tracks in AUM with MIDI LFOs attached, then rebuilds from an init patch on a simple synth line. She reorders modules, zooms into individual blocks, and uses the lock button so randomize changes some effects and leaves others alone.
Worth knowing
Baby Audio later released Transit 2, which is a separate purchase with more modules. The desktop version is also bought separately.
