TheSoundTestRoom Preset Pack for SampleWiz 2

What it does

A preset pack for BLEASS SampleWiz 2 by TheSoundTestRoom, bought as an in-app purchase from inside the app. It leans to ambient and avant-garde noise: long evolving textures, drones, pads, a low kick, and patches marked hold, built on longer samples that travel through the wave and back while a key is down. They load from SampleWiz 2’s own list, and their samples and motion can be edited or replaced.

In the demo

Jade plays the pack from a MIDI keyboard with nothing added on the output, so everything heard is the sample plus SampleWiz 2’s built in processing. She opens one of the hold patches to show the read position moving through the waveform, and points out which patches already have motion assigned to them.

Worth knowing

SampleWiz 2 is a separate purchase and the pack downloads inside it. These are sound design beds rather than conventional playable instruments, so anyone looking for keys or drums will want a different pack from the set.
