What it does
A shimmer reverb built from a chain rather than a single algorithm. Delays feed back into each other and into a pitch shifter set in semitones, then into a reverb with size and low pass filtering, with modulation, sustain, an LFO speed page and a harmonic exciter on the end. Each stage has its own page, reached by sliding the panel up.
In the demo
Jade runs it on a choir patch, an orchestral patch, drums, acoustic guitar, live vocals and piano, muting stages one at a time so each contribution is audible. She also strips everything back to the pitch shifter alone and uses it as a harmoniser to thicken a vocal.
Worth knowing
The exciter adds noticeable top end, which Jade tames with the built-in filters when it gets bright. The stacked layout means the controls are spread over several pages rather than one screen.
