What it does

A looper that records into one audio buffer and plays it back through a set of independent micro loopers, up to 10 of them, each with its own size, blur, drift and random skip. A traversal section sets how they move through the buffer: forward, backward, ping pong, dragged by finger, or wandering at random. Pitch shifts two octaves either way and can be quantized to octaves, or octaves and fifths. Audio arrives by auto record, by classic record, or by file import.

In the demo

Jade records a piano into it a phrase at a time, then swaps the source for other instruments while the earlier loops keep running. She takes blur, size, drift and random skip in turn, sets the traversal to wander, and shows the recording sync options that decide what happens when the host hits play.

Worth knowing

The buffer length is set before recording and cannot be changed afterwards. Every parameter is open for host automation. Jade notes a crash when changing the looper count mid-playback, with a fix already submitted. The desktop version is a separate purchase from Gumroad.
