What it does
A three-volume pack for AudioModern’s SoundBox from Cinematic Alpha: 66 presets and 33 sound sources of granular strings, mallets and winds for film scoring, ambient and hybrid cinematic work. Each volume holds 11 individual instruments and 11 combis that layer them, with vectors and mod wheel assignments already mapped.
In the demo
Jade plays a five-instance AUM project driven by Scaler, then imports all three packs into a single SoundBox AUv3 and walks through every combi from an Arturia KeyStep. She mutes layers inside a combi to isolate the winds and strings, and shows the mod wheel bringing brass and cellos in.
Worth knowing
The download is 4.2 GB in FLAC or 7.2 GB uncompressed, so budget iPad storage. SoundBox is free on iPad and desktop, and this pack loads without an in-app purchase. It is a texture library first, not a set of solo orchestral articulations.
