What it does
A sound pack for SoundBox, the AudioModern sampler platform, built from 30 instruments and 52 sound sources. It covers 21 soundscapes, each stacked from four layers, plus a set of synth presets and two random noise instruments. The presets lean on SoundBox’s internal modulation for panning, filter movement and slow attacks.
In the demo
Jade imports the pack into SoundBox on iPad, then plays every soundscape and synth from an Arturia keyboard with no outside effects. She solos the four layers of Soundscape 1 to show how the panning and filter modulation are assigned.
Worth knowing
SoundBox is a free download on iPad and desktop, but importing a third-party pack needs one AudioModern instrument purchase to unlock the host. These sounds build slowly rather than hitting hard, so anyone after immediate, percussive patches will want a different pack.
