MicroPitch

What it does

A pitch shifter aimed at small intervals rather than large ones, with two voices detuned against the dry signal and delays behind them. Used gently it reads as a chorus and widens a source; pushed further the two voices separate into an audible shift. The preset bank includes ribbon delay settings that lean on the delay stage instead.

In the demo

The video runs one project through the whole Eventide iOS range, with a piano part, a Playbeat 4 drum pattern and a live vocal. MicroPitch gets a pass on each, and Jade flips through the delay-led presets on the piano.

Worth knowing

Each app gets roughly a minute here, so nothing is explained control by control. Jade has a separate full demo and points to it.
