What it does

A guitar amp and tone chain in one AUv3. The amp stage is solid state, tube or a loaded NAM file, followed by drive, a multi-band EQ with pre or post placement per band, chorus, pre-emphasis, mic and speaker simulation with mic type and distance, room blend, stereo width and output. It loads NAM files but not IRs. An offline AI tone match reads a NAM file and sets the built-in amps to approximate it.

In the demo

Jade plays two instances panned in a Logic metal project, then moves to AUM with a gate, tuner and a separate IR loader. She works through solid state and tube modes, the mic and speaker section, the factory presets, then loads a run of high-gain NAM files and finishes with the tone match.

Worth knowing

The free download is a limited trial with no NAM loading; the unlock is a one-off or a monthly subscription. Anyone wanting IR cabinets inside the same plugin will need a separate loader.
