What it does
A model of the MF-103, a phase shifter that switches between six and twelve stages for a shallower or deeper notch pattern. Sweep and resonance set the range and feedback, and an LFO with rate, amount and host sync drives the motion, in mono or across the stereo field. There are main and auxiliary outputs, a drive stage, and a CV panel that both accepts modulation and sends the LFO out to other Moogerfooger instances.
In the demo
Jade puts it on the same held synth chord, compares six stages against twelve, then slows the LFO until the sweep takes several bars. She syncs it to tempo, then patches its LFO out over CV so the phaser drives a parameter on another pedal running on a different track.
Worth knowing
Twelve stages gives a thicker, more obvious sweep than a typical four stage guitar phaser. Sold separately from the other pedals.
