What it does
A standalone studio calculator with ten modules: tap tempo with metronome, delay time table across 21 note divisions, note to frequency across many tunings, frequency to note, sample length converter, tempo change calculator, timecode arithmetic, reverb pre-delay, compressor attack and release sync, and an EQ reference chart. A detected tempo feeds the delay, reverb and compressor tools.
In the demo
Jade resizes it into iPad slide over so it floats beside AUM, then works through each module: tapping in a BPM, reading delay milliseconds, auditioning notes against temperaments, converting beats to samples, and stretching 120 to 230 BPM to see the ratio and semitones.
Worth knowing
It is not an AUv3 and makes no sound beyond the metronome and note audition, so it sits next to a DAW rather than inside one. Desktop and Android versions are sold from the developer’s site.
