What it does

A vocal-leaning pack for AudioModern’s SoundBox sampler with five presets aimed at film, meditation and atmospheric writing. Voices, whispers and choir-style textures sit across the keyboard alongside pads and effects, so where you play decides what you get, and layers can be swapped for sounds from another pack.

In the demo

Jade plays each preset from an Arturia keyboard in AUM, dropping an octave to reach layers mapped low and pointing at the strip that shows where each sits. She stops on Whispering Pines, then later drops one of its vocal layers into a different pack to show how far one sound changes a patch.

Worth knowing

This is the priciest of the five Kompose Audio packs in the episode, which Jade puts down to the amount of vocal material in it. Presets take a moment to load and stay quiet until ready. SoundBox is free, with editing unlocked by an AudioModern pack bought in the app.
