What it does
A finishing processor with a fixed signal path: input gain and high pass, a compressor, a multiband compressor, stereo width, a bass and treble EQ, then a master out and limiter, with a parallel additive path carrying band-targeted distortions. A LUFS meter reads perceived loudness, most modules carry their own small preset list, and version 2 adds separate iPhone and iPad layouts. It runs standalone, where it imports and exports wav files, or as an AUv3.
In the demo
Jade masters tracks by Pete Johns and a viewer, first with a factory preset and then by switching modules off and working up from the input. She exports both versions and runs them through loudnesspenalty.com to compare, and checks the LUFS in a second meter app.
Worth knowing
The limiter has no level control. The factory presets push loudness hard, so the app suits someone building their own chain. The interface text is small, and the bundled manual covers version 1.
