GhostChorus

What it does

A chorus and a reverb in one window, reverb on the left and chorus on the right, with a centre dial for how much dry signal passes through. The reverb has width and a presence control that darkens or brightens the tail. Either side can be side chained from another track, with threshold, attack, release and mix, so drums can duck the chorus, the reverb, or the chorus rate. A Sit dial, shared across this developer’s plugins, moves the source forward or back.

In the demo

Jade runs it on electric piano, layered strings, picked guitar, live vocals and a drum machine, then wires drums into it as a side chain in AUM and again in Logic. She notes she is working with hearing in one ear that day, so stereo judgements carry a caveat.

Worth knowing

Both effects sit toward subtle rather than extreme, so anyone chasing a huge modulated wash looks elsewhere. User presets show in Logic and GarageBand but did not appear in AUM’s preset list.
