What it does
A modulation multi-effect. Four slots each take a filter, delay, fixed width delay, phaser, chorus, flanger, rate modulation, ring modulation or a utility, and every knob inside them has a plus and minus box underneath that sets how much of the drawn graph reaches it. Three graphs, A, B and C, run with their own timing, either synced to the host in bar divisions or free in milliseconds. Shapes are drawn by finger, dragged in from a library, saved to a user bank, flipped, doubled or halved. Pan, amp and mix have their own lanes.
In the demo
Jade builds rhythms from a single sine tone and white noise in a generator app, then puts it on drums in Hammerhead, on a wavetable patch, and on her own held vocal, where a preset turns one note into a beat. She also strips every instance out of a finished track so the flat version is audible.
Worth knowing
A knob does nothing until its plus and minus box is opened, which is the step that makes the rest make sense. Flux Mini is a free cut down version, and Caelum Audio sells a desktop build separately.
