Electric Sheep Dreams for DRC

What it does

A preset expansion for DRC, Imaginando’s virtual analog polyphonic synth, bought as an in-app purchase from the store inside the app. The theme is cyberpunk, inspired by Blade Runner: pads, leads, basses and haunting atmospheres rather than conventional keyboard sounds. Every patch is an ordinary DRC program, so the oscillators, filter, envelopes, arpeggiator and built-in effects stay editable and an edited version can be saved into a user bank.

In the demo

Jade buys the pack from the store panel, opens it from the patch list and then plays the bank straight through from a keyboard without talking over it. That makes this episode a listening pass rather than a walkthrough, so the video itself is the demonstration of what the pack sounds like.

Worth knowing

It needs DRC, which is a separate purchase, although DRC is free to download on iOS. The same synth is sold for Mac and Windows, licensed separately from the iOS version.
