What it does

A sixteen voice FM synth built for evolving soundscapes and atmospheres for film, TV and games. Two FM engines sit behind a row of sliders that all begin at zero, with two LFOs assignable to any knob. A second screen holds the orbiter: a field of effects around a draggable orb, each one joining the chain as the orb comes near. Orbiter movement records as a path that replays on every key press, MIDI keys drop the orb in set positions, and the circling loop switches off for free movement.

In the demo

Jade hosts it in AUM, builds a noise from the sliders upward, saves several patches, then plays them live against scenes from her horror film, adding Velvet Machine after it.

Worth knowing

Free to download, with one in-app purchase that adds the rest of the presets and allows AUv3 and Inter-App Audio use, so the free version will not load into a host.
