What it does
A mastering processor for ambient music on iPhone and iPad, standalone and AUv3. The chain runs Bloom (tilt EQ, air and sub shelves, rumble filter), Glow (tape or tube style saturation), Glue (bus compressor with blend), Space (mid/side width, focus and a correlation meter) and Lift (true peak limiter), with LUFS and true peak readouts. The standalone imports a track, has an Auto button that analyzes it and sets a starting point, and exports to WAV, AIFF, FLAC, ALAC or AAC.
In the demo
Jade masters two unreleased tracks from her Utensils project in the standalone, first from Auto and then from the Gentle Master preset, checks the result in the Neon loudness meter, and then runs it as an AUv3 on the master chain of three AUM sessions.
Worth knowing
Auto is standalone only. There is no Mac version, and Jade says she would not reach for it on rock or dance material.
