Weeping Wall

What it does

A set of up to five short loopers that arm themselves. Anything crossing an input threshold gets captured, and each new capture replaces the oldest loop, so the bed always reflects what was played most recently. Loop size, hold time, jitter, reverse, semitone shift and crossfade length shape what comes back, and a hold time near zero turns the whole thing into a delay instead of a looper. Loops run free or sync to the host tempo.

In the demo

Jade runs it as an effect in AUM on piano, works through each control while loops accumulate, then drops the hold time to hear it behave as a delay. She later feeds several instruments into one instance and finishes by looping her own voice.

Worth knowing

It records by input detection rather than on command, so it suits ambient and drone playing more than tight rhythmic looping. The desktop version is a separate purchase from Gumroad at a much higher price.
