What it does
A loop remixer that loads six audio tracks from a pack, slices each one, and rebuilds the arrangement from those slices. Separate sections handle step sequencing, rearranging, reversing, ratcheting density, volume and pitch, each with its own randomiser and its own fixed or variable range, and a master button fires whichever ones are switched on. Slices can be locked, tracks anchored, and the whole thing exported as audio or MIDI.
In the demo
Jade runs four instances in AUM, then takes one apart section by section, drawing slices in and out by finger and locking tracks so the randomiser skips them. She builds her own pack from imported loops, exports a mix and feeds it back in as a sample, then loads it in GarageBand.
Worth knowing
The desktop version is a separate licence. In GarageBand it records MIDI, not audio, so a key has to be held for anything to land. The interface text is small.
