Zeeon

What it does

A virtual analog synth built from two independent layers, each with two oscillators offering triangle, saw and square shapes, a sub oscillator and a noise source, blended by a layer mix. Filters cover low pass, high pass and band pass with a resonator and filter envelope. Each layer carries its own pair of LFOs and eight modulation matrix slots. Chorus, phaser, delay and reverb sit on a second page alongside the mono, poly and unison voice settings.

In the demo

Jade starts in the standalone version to show its small built in sequencer, then works from an init patch, adding oscillators, sub and noise in turn and watching the oscilloscope in the preset window. She loads a free community patch bank from the description, runs through the factory and in app purchase packs, and loads it into Logic.

Worth knowing

The standalone sequencer cannot save its sequences, so it is a sketchpad rather than a part of a patch.
