Raven

What it does

A two-oscillator wavetable synth where each waveform can be generated from a basic shape or drawn by hand, then morphed between the two oscillators. A utility oscillator adds sub, ring mod, FM, noise and harmonics. It has a 12 or 24 dB ladder filter, two ADSR envelopes, LFOs, unison, poly glide, a 12-band EQ and four effects, with 56 factory presets and QR code sharing.

In the demo

Jade starts from an init patch and builds a sound up, drawing waveforms, morphing them, running the LFO into the morph and filter, then layering unison and effects. She saves a preset, runs the ambient, drone, pad, bass and effect banks, and shows the layout toggle that hides sections for performance.

Worth knowing

At the time of the demo the dials were sluggish on first touch, preset changes produced an audible click, and QR codes do not capture drawn waveforms. Everything except the EQ lives on one screen.
