What it does
A visual sequencer where you paint notes onto a colour-coded grid: rows are pitches, columns are steps, and four lanes cover melody, chords, bass and drums. Notes lock to a chosen scale and key, 48 built-in sounds and per-lane effects live on the grid, and eight banks of eight sections chain into arrangements. Designed by a deaf musician as a visual-first tool.
In the demo
Jade walks the standalone tutorial, then builds a drum pattern, bassline, melody and chords from scratch, scrolls through the onboard instruments, and shows the drag gestures that generate arpeggios and bass runs. She finishes in AUM with the AUv3 MIDI version sending each lane to a separate instrument.
Worth knowing
The AUv3 version has no text labels, only colours, which Jade, who is colour blind, flags as a real obstacle. Saving is standalone only, and undo does not cover a clear.
