What it does

A wavetable synth for iOS and Mac. Each voice carries three oscillators that can each run a different wavetable, plus a sub oscillator and a noise source, with sine, saw, square, triangle, supersaw, additive and FM types alongside the tables. Behind them sit four LFOs, envelopes that switch to freely drawn shapes, a modulation matrix, effects, and a sequencer with three arpeggiators, per-step probability and scale locking.

This is the preset tour that follows Jade’s walkthrough of the controls, so she plays the bass, keys, lead, pad, percussion, sequence and string banks in order. Along the way she opens the matrix to trace where a patch’s movement comes from, sets LFO delay so vibrato arrives late, sweeps step probability across a lane, and drives the synth from GeoShred over MPE.

Worth knowing

Presets take a moment to switch, and many sequenced patches carry pitch offsets that fight held chords unless the pitch lane sits flat. Jade notes the app wants opening once as a standalone before use, so the full preset list appears.
