What it does
A physics-driven MIDI generator, standalone or AUv3, built on the engine from Fingerlab’s Jynth. On the Notes page, balls bounce around a space with adjustable speed and gravity and play notes from a chosen or custom scale when they hit walls, bumpers, planets or repulsors. The CC page runs eight separate physics scenes, each sending X and Y position as CC streams, up to 16 at once, with cross-modulation, freeze and an update-rate control.
In the demo
Jade loads it as a MIDI source in AUM, throws balls at a piano, places bumpers and attractors, then randomizes the scene. She maps two CC scenes to a synth’s cutoff and resonance and routes one scene’s output into another scene’s gravity.
Worth knowing
There are no presets, and no tempo sync to the host yet, so it suits generative and live use more than tightly sequenced parts.
