Marco Synth

What it does

A four-oscillator synth built around two hard sync pairs, each oscillator with its own waveform, wavefold, detune and pulse width. Envelopes, filters, LFOs and glide can run shared or unlinked per oscillator, a master bus adds drive, compressor, delay, reverb, stereo width and a limiter, and a randomizer generates patches in mild, wild or recipe modes drawn from 35 archetypes.

In the demo

Jade starts from an init patch in AUM and builds up: turning on dual hard sync and cycling its six routings, unlinking envelopes so one oscillator fades in slowly, splitting filters and LFOs per oscillator, then running the signature, bass and lead presets and generating patches with the randomizer.

Worth knowing

Relinking a section after unlinking it resets the individual settings, so save first. Levels get loud fast and Jade suggests a limiter after it. The Mac version is listed but untested in the demo.
