What it does
A monophonic synth that BLEASS positions between Alpha and Omega. Oscillator one mixes triangle, sawtooth and noise, oscillator two runs a morphing wave, and an FM section can be sent to either or both. Voicing adds detune, vibrato, glide and unison with its own oscillator targets. There is an arpeggiator with rate, octave, gate and note repeat, a filter, an LFO and an envelope whose targets can be routed almost anywhere.
In the demo
Jade loads it into AUM with a reverb after it, finds a default patch and works across the tabs so each page is heard on a plain sound. She then plays through the Rusty Machines bank and the factory presets on a MIDI keyboard, stopping to trace an LFO to a filter cutoff so the routing is visible while it moves.
Worth knowing
It is monophonic, so chords mean running several instances on separate tracks. Extra preset packs are unlocked by submitting an email address in the standalone version, which also carries Ableton Link and audio settings.
