What it does
An eight-voice virtual analog synth with its whole control set on one page: detune, velocity sensitivity, modulation, noise, a filter with cutoff, contour and resonance, attack, sustain and release, voice spread, a phaser and a reverb. A randomize preset generates fresh patches on each tap, and double tapping any parameter returns it to default.
In the demo
Jade opens with a track built in AUM from five instances of the synth, one bass and one drum app, then zeroes every slider and brings each control back in so its effect is audible on its own. She then builds a second piece live, feeding chords, a melody and a bassline from Scaler into separate instances.
Worth knowing
The parameter count is deliberately small, with no oscillator selection or dedicated LFO section. Anyone wanting deep patch editing or multiple modulation routings will find the surface here limited by design.
